No it would not be sinful,my life,my health & my conscience dictate otherwise.Like a soldier killing a enemy soldier in a just war,perfectly licit.With your logic Jesus sinned when he healed on the sabbath as the pharisees claimed.A good conscience discerns & distinguishes & does not get caught up in blind legalism.Hence applying the spirit of the law as well as the letter
