I think someone took Rendezvous With Rama a little too seriously.
 
Did we learn nothing from Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and Ed Harris in "The Abyss?
 
At the speed that thing is travelling, it would be useless as a probe of anything beyond the solar system.
 
Am I the only one for whom ‘Are You Being Probed?’ sounds like a sequel of sorts to the classic Britcom ‘Are You Being Served?’

Aliens…probing humans…too bad South Park covered this already in its first episode.
 
The article says that it is not proven that the Oumuamua is of alien life origin and the radio signals surrounding it actually came from Earth. So it’s more of a “sorry, folks!” kind of article… Le Sigh.
Disappointing… Oh alien, where art thou?

Actually, we’ve only seen it as a spark of light so we don’t really know what it looks like - the images we’ve seen are artist’s speculations.
