Are You SICK of the Coverage Concerning Jackson's Molestation Trial?

You better believe I’m sick of it!!! But I have to say I’ve mastered the lunge across the kitchen to turn the channel every time the story comes on the news before the lurid details ooze into my kids’ heads.
 
I really wish the flying saucer that dropped him off would come pick him up. And Pamela Anderson. And a few others I could think of.

I replied “no”, but I don’t watch it continually. I think it’s important that the sick and disgusting behavior of this man is revealed, so other ignorant susceptible people will not let their children “sleep over” at Neverland. It’s disgusting. I hope that his children are taken away and a nice family adopts them to get them away from the sick and perverted life that they must have. I’m sure if he goes to prison, that horrible, so-called “mother” will get them or one of the aunts and uncles who are as sick as MJ himself.

I don’t watch much TV, so I can’t say I’m sick of this yet…but from what I have heard since this trial started really makes something not sit right with me regarding this case. There are just so many inconsistencies that it seems MJ has been set up.

That being said, MJ is certainly NOT innocent. His behavior of having young boys sleep in his bed is beyond inappropriate, but what I don’t understand is WHY the parents of these kids are not being charged with CHILD ENDANGERMENT?! Those parents are as sick as MJ! They knew and consented to letting these boys sleep in this sicko’s bedroom and they set their kids up in a very vulnerable situation! They had the ultimate responsibility to protect their kids and they failed miserably. These parents need to be held accountable.

I don’t have any sympathy for MJ. He brought this on himself, but I’m not entirely convinced that he molested this boy. The parents, on the other hand, make me SICK.

:yup: Yeah, I’m shocked by cruel jokes and coverage about MJ. There’s nothing funny about this. If he’s found guilty I don’t think he’s going to be able to survive in prison. I know that what he allegedly did was wrong and I’m in no way justifying it but I did feel a little compassion for him when he appeared in his pjs -all those cameras on him and those jokes on Leno. Pedophilia is a sickness and he needed some sort of help and treatment long ago (if he really did these things).

Personally I think the media circus should be kept out of trials, they can cause a bias among the public even before someone has been proven guilty as all people are innocent until it is proven otherwise. The burden of proof still hangs in the air and lies with the accusors.

If MJ is retains his innocence then all this speculation and condemnation has purely been fired by the media, Ok the guy is strange and very eccentric, that does not make him a child molestor.

If MJ is proven guilty as charged then all this fired up speculation prior to the verdict held grains of the truth but it did not know the truth until all evidence has been heard and a verdict has been reached.

I think when anyone is on trial or anyone has suffered a crime, they should remain in our prayers for justice and we should not grow sick of them, we should grow sick of the media!! The media flogs stories and hypes it with far too regular coverage with little differing each ten minutes it covers it and airs it to the world; it forms more inaccurate opinions among the public than I care to think about and like a huge monster in motion is managing to assist the secularisation of society at an alarming rate!

One thing is certain, if you court the media, you can then expect the media ever after to hound you to death. In general and not just with respect to MJ trial, the media loves to build a person up and then grasp after their demise digging around in any dirt they can find on a person, when a person does fall on their face the media rub their hands together and then seek to thoroughly report the demise, forgetting a person’s right to privacy and when there is a trail forgetting gagging orders, still questioning those who are bound by such an order, waiting like bloodhounds outside the law courts for any drop of blood they can feed upon. Very few people are interested to know any of this as part of the news they watch, unless they are habitual gossips themselves. It’s a vulture’s game and the media would love to turn the world into a people of gossip and back-biting, it would fuel the demand for the fodder they churn out.

News is no longer news, it is hype and speculation, no-one can put their hand on their heart and swear that what they read and see in the media is the truth, it is the truth tempered with lies…no-one can say they are in receipt of the truth of anything anymore without it being to some extent biased.

I am sick of the media!!!

On a lighter or maybe not so lighter tone, keep your eye on the media for the anti-Christ, this is one individual or way of being they will build up and not tear down! Possibly they may even promote him/ it…😉

I guess my last post was a little harsh on MJ. However, when I saw him dangle that baby over the balcony and admit that he sleeps with all those children, it just made me sick. I’ll try to be a little more charitable towards him.

I knew it got out of hand when Jay Leno was slapped with a gag order to stop telling jokes about him. I rarely watched Jay Leno (sorry Jay - you ain’t no Johnny Carson), but I still thought it was ludicrous. Talk about reaching. I cracked up when I saw Jay Leno get out of a black SUV with and umbrella and security detail in his pajamas and a black coat. MJ is such and embarrassment to our community.

Leno was under a gag order because he was supenaed in the trial. He got the gag lifted on friday. (it was actually quite a poorly written gag order in the first place–he could still write jokes, just not say them. so he had guest comedians come on to say the jokes.)
 
Yes, I am SICK TO DEATH of Michael Jackson and the insanity going on. I live about 20 minutes north of Santa Maria. Not only is it on the national news, but our local news as well. I drove by the court house on Thursday when he did not show up for court. Traffic was pretty light at that point. But you still have to drive by slowly because there are so many police officers standing in the street directing traffic. I even saw the woman that the local news profiled who quit her job in L.A. and moved up to Santa Maria to be close to Michael and to support him. Just sickening!

i wouldve thought that you would wanna talk about it and hear about it less, but i guess im just weird like that.
