That would require engaging and, worse, considering the arguments. Whether theist or atheist, some people hold the views they do for emotional reasons, and the arguments themselves are just after-the-fact justifications. Hence their sloppiness.

Anyway, I kindly take my leave from this thread too. I’ve learned quite some things from most of the participants, and for that I’m thankful.

Again, you’re totally missing the point, if you would actually read the conversation you are butting in on you would understand that your response is assinine. My statements were ironic, and the fact that you don’t see that displays an amazing amount of willful ignorence, as did your last response to me.

As to your earlier response to me, you can’t parse a basic grammatical statement so it’s rather pointless continuing with you. Particularly

1. Anything that an object is made of is material.

that’s a definition of “object”, not “material”.

Your insistance that my first statement defined object rather then material is rather mind blowing, and there’s really no response to that other then “you’re wrong, learn to speak english” so I’m not going to bother. Really, do you have the reading level of a 12 year old?

I’d rather respond to real arguements, and I can deal with some basic misunderstandings, but if you’re not going to even follow the arguement and can’t speak english then there’s no point.
