This article comes out of the attention being given to Myanmar (Burma) due to the Pope’s visit, the first time a Pope was ever in that country.
Catholics there are a small minority in a Buddhist country. (There are 700,000 Catholics in Myanmar). Life is difficult in this country for Catholics in the ways this report explains. But Catholicism there is not defeated.
