I can agree with that.
And those who perform abortions or profit monitarily or politically from it are quite willing to cynically sacrifice the welfare of those they say they are “trying to help” in order to further their own interests.

This case is an example. Another is pressuring teen-age girls into having abortion (often without the parent’s knowledge or consent), then throwing them back into the same environment where they got pregnant in the first place.

Well…Let’s just bring back the history here…

She not only took her own life, but also the lives of her unborn children. Indeed these were TWO (not one) very tragic events.
You then replied with:
"Elric:
OH MY GOODNESS!!!
Is there any lengths that you wont go to so that you can spew out your anti-abortion speil???
And now you wish us to believe that your comment was a response to stats, Nazis, and another story altogether…
I wasnt aware that statistics on womens deaths during an abortion, what they teach nurses, a story about a difrerent woman who is still alive, comparisons to Nurenberg were actually related to this particular topic.

Now how exactly suggesting that another thread be opened to discuss these things is “derogatoroy”, I dont know.
As I have said before, I am finding you to be dishonest.
When you clearly were playing insult to a comment relevant to the topic, and doing so using direct quotes in your response, you later claim otherwise.

Comments, its plural. I have use the term “speil” more than once in this thread in regard to more than one comment. If you are going to use this “history” tactic, use ALL of the history.

Oh and it helps when you quote the whole comment made.
As I have said before, I am finding you to be dishonest.
Frankly, I dont care what you try to label me with. After your act of dishonesty and decietfulness what you state really means nothing.

At best (from you perspective) its the pot calling the kettele black. At worst, well apparently I am not allowed to say.

Actually it wasnt insulting, it was a question regarding questionable behaviour.

You can play these games all that you want (changing the subject, mis-quoting people, partial quoting people, ignoring questions, being dishonest and decietful, using peoples circumstances against them, accusing other of dishonesty ect). It doesnt really matter, it simply reflect badly on you.

Oh well, I guess its you that has to live with yourself and be answerable later on.

As said earlier, despite our differences, I am glad we can agree that these abortions led up to the tragedy.
Perhaps we can move on to something more constructive.
She is a victim here. The culture of death claimed another victim, and most likely turned a tidy profit while doing so.
Tragic all around. First two lives were taken needlessly, and then later on her own.
…After your act of dishonesty and decietfulness what you state really means nothing.
Then don’t respond.
Don’t claim one thing and then act another way.

But once is all that is needed to get the point. Unless you would agree that you don’t mean what you say.

.Oh yeah. I was called a ‘troll’. 😛

What that your behavour was questionable?

Yes I did mean that.

That is because you are acting like a troll.

You have not contributed anything except trollish behavour.

If you dont like being labeled as a troll, dont act like one. Its quite simple really.

How sad. 😦 Three people dead. If only she could have simply realized her mistake and then went to confession and moved on. 😦

People who sink to calling others names merely show that they have run out of logic and facts and can pursue the discussion in no other way.😉
As we get close to page 3 of this discussion, it is worth noting that all of the name calling started on page 1…

Seems the argument ran out of steam a long time ago.

And onward…

I read it mentioned " If only she could have simply realized her mistake and then went to confession and moved on."

Would a session in the confessional really been able to help.
This women was pretty depressed.
I am not so certain a session in the confessional would have eased her pain that much.

I suppose the priest could have recognized what was going on and taken extra steps to assist…?
One could hope so anyway.

I suggest we need to look at the Hippocratic Oath here – “First, do no harm.” There is where the abortionist failed – he made her condition worse (over and above killing the innocent child.)

Could confession have cured her? Perhaps not. But had she gone to confession before visiting the abortionist, she would have been strongly advised not to have the abortion. Without the abortion and subsequent after-effects, she might be alive today.

It would seem so. Someone supporsedly had a mental illness, and the last thing she needed was to have her children murdered. This would likely be enough to drive even a mentally stable person over the edge.

It would have been better to go before the abortion because she would have been strongly advised against it, but even after if she had gone, she likely would have had appropriate counsel to move her from despair rather to proper sorrow.

How sad and stupid…at the local cemetery is a grave for a young man who killed himself…he had ,by accident ,caused the death of his best friend and in remorse a year later did himself in…when I speak to school classes…three of my daughters are school teacher,I mention this episode, without names…then I hold up a pencil.and say’'see take a look at this classic useful tool,on one end is graphite for writing and on the other is an eraser…for we are human and make mistakes…this young man made a terrible mistake while driving…instead of becoming the best driver in the world ,he compounded his mistake and killed himself…how tragic!!! Dont ever be too harsh on yourself…learn to forgive ,of course not forget…but learn from your mistakes…I used to advise my students to spend a few moments at nite, just befor flaking off to sleep to …review the days events…any good things you said or did…smile and say…great…lets repeat that…any bad or just plain stupid things…try not to repeat them and go on with your life…amen and amen…Look to St.Peter…he ended up being the most couragous of alllllll…after learning from his mistakes…

That is good advice to your students. Learn from your mistakes, don’t repeat them but don’t anguish so much over them that you end up killing yourself.

No there hasnt. There has been some on the first page (even there some couldnt wait to start the anti-abortion speil), but that was pretty much dropped by the second page of the thread.
I almost feel like you have been reading a different thread then me. If someone suggested that this young lady deserved her fate then you should quote them so that we can all agree with you. Perhaps I missed a post in this long thread.(very possible)

I think that perhaps you are reading a different thread, especally when you make statements like that last one.
