Grace and Peace Muslim Woman,
Actually I’m a little disappointed that this thread call “Ask about Islam” has degenerated into an apologetic free-for-all.
I simply wanted to ask a question about what a mixed Muslim/Christian family had to share in their prayer life since I had heard that Muslim Men could marry Jewish and Christian Women.
If it is possible for Muslim Men to marry Jewish and Christian Women I would like to know what they have to share in their prayer life as a family?
From what I read from Muslim Woman was that Muslim Men “can’t” marry Jewish and Christian Women… I have always heard that this is not correct. I have always heard that Muslim Men ‘can’ marry Jewish and Christian Women. If this is so then what is life within these mixed families? What is their prayer life like? How does the Jewish or Christian Women observe her faith? I’m not talking about drinking alcohol or eating pork but religious observance and prayer. What is such a mixed family life?
Wa’salaam.
