You still haven’t provided any evidence that this has been abused in the only state where it is legal. You’ve basically just repeated your own opinion and anecdotal “evidence.” Many things have the potential to be abused; it doesn’t mean they are or that we should legislate them away.I guarantee you that it will be abused.
