I don’t think this is a bad thing. AZ is providing the doses at cost.

As mentioned in the article, the US has already had a law addressing this for many years.
It’s reasonable to me.
Otherwise no company would want to provide new vaccines in a case such as what’s going on now. The risk of bankruptcy from liability claims would be too great.

The same people demanding a vaccine as soon as possible and widespread use will be the ones complaining when it is discovered it causes babies born with webbed-toes down the road.

I don’t blame AZ in this cases.
