Only God knows the true depths of all our hearts! Carlan

Well, that’s definitely rather odd. I would never expect an Atheist to donate to a religious school.

Is it a justification for receiving money from an atheist? is he a honest man? does he have an agenda? does he want the CC to be greatfull to him? what are his intentions behind all this? i am very skeptical of anything now and days.

Well it’s not government money so it is likely much cleaner with far fewer strings attached.

Great news! Hopefully, Catholic school alumni will become more supportive of Catholic schools, thanks to this generous Good Samaritan!

The only question that remains is rather or not this is a Catholic School, or a “Catholic” School. I think most on here know what I mean by that.

Well, he did run a “hedge” fund.😉
LOL 🙂

It sounds as if he is donating money right and left. He is nearing the end of his life and is getting rid of what he, and his heirs, do not need. 🤷

Since the money is going to the Archdiocese of New York, it will likely be to benefit elementary and high school education. “Catholic in name only” shouldn’t be a problem.
