Attempted Beheading of Catholic Priest Giving Communion at Mexico City’s Cathedral Suppressed by Mainstream Media

A couple of years ago, the Bishops of Mexico performed an exorcism on the whole country, to counter the demonic consequences of the drug cartels and abortion. Makes me wonder whether these regular attacks on priests are part of a demonic backlash against the exorcism. There’s surely a spiritual war going on, and not just in Mexico. All we’re seeing in the physical realm is the tip of the iceberg.

Looks like the poor priest lost a lot of blood!
 
The fox article makes more sense. Even though there are few facts here. Hope the priest pulls through.
 
This story has not got wide coverage. The Regina article said he was a French Muslim
and the Fox article said he is a U.S. national and did not identify as a Muslim.
This should have received a lot of coverage after the murder of the French priest.
I did not realize Mexico had a postmodernist media.
I do know many journalists have been killed in the last few years.

My prayers are for the healing and recovery of this priest. Praying for the safety of all
priests around the world.

To be honest, I am not sure how much is postmodernist media and how much is simply that Mexico is a country with much violence - one more attack draws less attention.
 
I do not believe the anti-Christ was totally defeated in the Cristero War. It has resurrected, and unleashed further since V2. There also have been several priests kidnapped, some found martyred. Pray for the Mexican people. Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us. Lord, have mercy for your people.
