My vast experience as a Catholic - and among Cathiolics - is this:
there are no such Catholics as you describe.
Thank goodness.
It would, however, result in thousands of conversions to Catholicism if Catholics were willing to do this. Especially in the south.

or, more likely, I he to them. If occasion arose.

as it might.

All things are possible to those who love the Lord.

oops. didn’t mean to INVENT Scripture.

Meant to say:
All things work together to the good for those who love the Lord.

Poll conclusion:
Baptists too are individuals.
Indeed. It would probably be unfair for the said Bitten Catholic to conclude that all Baptists bite. Which a fortiori proves my point:D

I do indeed believe with all my heart that Canterbury’s separation from Rome makes us less than we ought to be.

I believe with slightly less firmness that Rome’s separation from other Christians, particularly from most of the Eastern Church, makes your Communion less than it ought to be.

And I think it seems highly likely that even the Communion of Constantinople is less that it ought to be.

In short: you will not get me to argue with the proposition that my Communion lacks the fullness of the faith. What I doubt is that yours possesses it.

Two Anglicans with but a single conclusion.

How odd is that?

Rome wishes nothing more than the return of the wandering sheep.
Meanwhile, Rome stands firm, guarding all truth, guarding and filling the chair of Peter.
In practice and in fact, Rome hold the fullness of Faith

Rome will not gather up folks at gunpoint and march them back to Rome.
God gives free will to all, including the wanderers.

Some how, I don’t think being bitten by a Baptist is what Paul had in mind when he wrote this.
I don’t know, all those locusts and wild honey-John probably got a little crazy at times.

Imagine if he’d been there for the John 6 discourse-he might have lost his head and…oh wait…

never mind :o
