I read your story of joining the church.
Yes it’s true, this internet site is mostly debate and can be like latching CNN, Fox network, and EWTN. About politics. A bad experience is like a bad tattoo you regret later and can’t make it go away. Hurt and rejection when you are very vulnerable kills Gods spirit in us.
I did final testing of flight control computers and you can’t just walk away from a faulty unit and let it go.
I just wanted someone to say: Someone should stop this guy from hurting people. I would treat you with great kindness and encouragement. I can tell that you do that too. God Bless.

Might be. This man came inside one day and lay down on the floor crying. They kneeled down and layer hands on him. Then the leader said to us afterward, you didn’t see that. Just one time I saw this.
The subject of the prayers involved asking Jesus in prayer offering up rejection of homosexuality, abortion, and birth control. Most every week. We prayed to a whole bunch of saints. Please pray for us.
They felt the mother Catholic Church was watered down today. The conversation after the holy hour involved talk between one or two people about social issues. Rarely was I asked for my (name removed by moderator)ut and little time was provided to socialize later when we met in the lobby. We lingered about one hour practicing our music. Lots of criticism of Protestants within my earshot. I as called baptist during introductions even though I am not. The monsteance in the front, people in groups, me alone, and the two men playing guitar standing in the back. This was a special music adoration holy hour.
Some aspects were actually very nice.
