THE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF SENDS:
*This Fourth of July, I ask you to find a way to thank the men and women defending our freedom — by flying the flag … sending letters to our troops in the field … or helping the military family down the street. The Department of Defense has set up a website — AmericaSupportsYou.mil. You can go there to learn about private efforts in your own community. At this time when we celebrate our freedom, let us stand with the men and women who defend us all.*It only takes a minute to write a short message of support to someone serving overseas. This site makes it very simple. GO THERE NOW. I’ll wait…

See, I told you it was easy!
But don’t stop there, you can do so much more! First, if you’re in San Diego this Saturday, please stop by the Victory Vigil – it’s always lots of fun. But if you can’t make it, there are plenty of other ways you can support the troops this weekend.
Here’s a list of organizations that support the military. Pick one. You say you want to help but don’t know how? Too old or broken to enlist? Here’s your opportunity to do something.
What are you waiting for, an engraved invitation?
GO! NOW! MOVE!
Thank You Indepundit
