I would say (1) asking for acceptable behaviour -]in public/-]; and (2) dealing with unacceptable public behaviour if /when it arises.

I think it would still “say that” anyhow … but I’ll concede that what I quoted in Post #33 was odd, inasmuch as its list did not include divorce/remarriage which is clearly a public act.
 
Yes…but there are many marriages the Catholic church does not consider valid. I don’t see all those couples getting fired from their jobs. Do they?
I don’t know.

I note that the webpage Morality Clauses Common at Catholic Schools that was mentioned earlier, talks about a specific morality clause in which “contraception, abortion, same-sex marriage and euthanasia” were listed, but not divorce/remarriage. So it would appear that, in that particular case, the answer to your question would be no.
