I’m surprised the Austrian government doesn’t have eminent domain to the extent of being able to secure its own borders. This wouldn’t have been an issue in the US.

Right, because “Christian” now means allowing your country to get overrun by millions of Muslims. I have a feeling Christian bishops 1000 yrs ago, and 100 yrs ago, would strongly disagree with this cleric.

How is it unchristian to protect your borders, in fact it is immoral not to, and practicing immorality is sinful and is certainly unchristian.

Oh I can’t imagine they don’t have some ED type power in Austria. They’re probably just approaching the diocese first hoping to work with them and not have to resort to ED.
 
I think the Bishop should agree to build the wall. Building a wall is a good thing.
