Dear CAF brothers and sisters,
It has come to my attention that there is a plague of bad guacamole recipes afflicting the land. Here are some examples that have come to my attention:
cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1015047-green-pea-guacamole?smid=tw-nytimes
abc7.com/food/watermelon-the-secret-ingredient-to-the-best-guacamole/1455327/
As twitterer Iowahawk says, “I’m kinda shocked the National Cranberry Board hasn’t jumped into this what-stuff-can-we-add-to-guacamole madness.”
Can anything be done?
(I confess that I accepted a free grocery store sample of bacon guacamole and it was actually really good.)
