Hi everyone. How does one go about refuting the false doctrine of Once Saved Always Saved which is common among Baptists?

You have to use the bible.Hi everyone. How does one go about refuting the false doctrine of Once Saved Always Saved which is common among Baptists?![]()
Although not directly related to OSAS, whenever I focus on John 15, I always like to pair it with another verse (not coincidentally, the ONLY time in all of the Gospels I am aware of where Jesus addresses how to “remain (or abide, depending on translation) in Him”.You have to use the bible.
Here are some good verses:
John 15
If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. …Now remain in my love. 10If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in his love.
.
Thanks!Although not directly related to OSAS, whenever I focus on John 15, I always like to pair it with another verse (not coincidentally, the ONLY time in all of the Gospels I am aware of where Jesus addresses how to “remain (or abide, depending on translation) in Him”.
John 6:56.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.
Sorry, I know it’s a vit off topic, but I just learned this reference last week, and it really excited me, so I am on a kick where I share it at any given opportunity right now. Back to your regularly scheduled thread…
