Careful, bpbasilphx; your facts are going to spoil everything!I don’t know what this video meant by “One Mass”…
There have always been different forms of the Eucharistic Liturgy, even in the West.
Furthermore, styles of church architechture have varied throughout the centuries. When Gothic first appeared, it was considered barbaric–hence the name.
Finally, Sr. Lucia said that the Consecration of Russia had already taken place under John Paul II.
Just beautiful. Thank you for posting the link. This is truly beautiful. Very touching, no matter what side of the fence you are on.

Knowing the attitude of the SSPX towards the Missal of Pope Paul VI, I can say that this is definitely NOT what they mean. The video was not saying that the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has only been presented in one form to us, but rather that one Mass can accomplish good beyond what the worshippers can see at the time.
I was on an SSPX-friendly mailing list. The traditionalists there were much more likely to have attended a Divine Liturgy than the average Roman Catholic. They know that our Lord’s sacrifice can be presented to us in other forms besides the TLM.Knowing the attitude of the SSPX towards the Missal of Pope Paul VI, I can say that this is definitely NOT what they mean.
What did they mean? Let’s see:Knowing the attitude of the SSPX towards the Missal of Pope Paul VI, I can say that this is definitely NOT what they mean.
And which the OF does as well (accomplish good beyond the sanctification of those in attendance).I was on an SSPX-friendly mailing list. The video says “winning battles… One Mass… at a time”. Given the content of the rest of the video, I have to say they definitely DO mean that a Mass can accomplish good beyond the sanctification of those in attendance.
I just went to the following Vatican site pertaining to the consecration :Finally, Sr. Lucia said that the Consecration of Russia had already taken place under John Paul II.
Are you referring to what I said? If so, I was talking about the fact that many Catholics say that SSPX members are schismatics. And even the mainstream media has picked up on this and routinely say that the SSPX is in schism. But they are not in schism, and have never been in schism. So I was pointing out how misinterpreting statements, or taking them out of context, leads to these false impressions. Perhaps I should have used a sarcastic smiley after “Schismatics!” for those who aren’t familiar with the situation. So thanks for letting me know, so that I could clarify.youtube videos frequently play jerkily on my computer, so I don’t doubt I could have missed the intent.
And just what does “schismatics take note” mean?
Propaganda by a group in scism with the church. It might even be considered herisy since they are promoting direct opposition to the teaching and the practice of the Church. This is truly beautiful. Very touching, no matter what side of the fence you are on.

Thank you for proving my point. The SSPX are not in schism, and have never been in schism. Only six members, bishops, were ever said to have been excommunicated, but that is no longer the case. The Church says that the SSPX is in an “irregular” position in the Church - and no Catholic should go beyond that.Propaganda by a group in scism with the church. It might even be considered herisy since they are promoting direct opposition to the teaching and the practice of the Church.
Not touching, disturbing and misleading.

The main message of the video is to call Catholics to pray the Rosary. I don’t see how any Catholic could disagree with such a message. If you believe, as many Catholics do, that this Consecration has already been accomplished by Pope John Paul II, we invite you to pray this Crusade for the intentions of our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI.
