I think that would be a fair statement, although, of course, that is very subjective, as there’s no real gauge for measuring how much alcohol is lowering your inhibitions.Thank you for your excellent response.
I am having trouble understanding the concept. I’m hoping that it can be put in very simple language so that I can understand.
Would it be correct to say that alcohol consumption becomes sinful only in THIS circumstance: when you consume enough alcohol that you are more likely to commit a sin than you would be if you had not consumed that alcohol?
In other words, it is sinful IF it gets to the point where you are vulnerable to engaging in other sins?
