*Lapell… I am working with what I have before me. Deuteronomy 30:11-14 promises that I have all that I need within my reach to see the Truth. It is the blessing and the cursing. Amos 3:7 to believe what was declared by God through His prophets is truly a blessing for He continues to enlighten my mind (proverbs 2:1-7).
Jeremiah 17:5 is the curse that so many have rather taken hold of in that they believe something other than what was spoken by God through the testimonies of the prophets. Or they are leaning to their own understanding… “OH! It says resurrection… that means I will gain a god-like status to live eternally if I put my trust IN A MAN that died 2,000 years ago with no evidences whatsoever that he actually is still alive!” (BTW… when you put the resurrection spoken of in the Tanakh into the whole of the context, it is clear that it is not speaking of what the NT and the Church claims).
God declares His firstborn Son as Israel more than once and it is discarded to instead believe the church who says it was only Jesus, their demigod.
God commands that male and female procreate (this IS His way) and it is disregarded what He said to rather believe the lie that Jesus was born of a Virgin who was impregnated by the Holy Spirit.
God says He is not a man, that He alone is the Saviour, and that HIS NAME is LORD, and yet, most believe that Jesus, A MAN, is God, our Saviour, and that he is the Lord that every knee should bow to and every tongue should confess his lordship over creation.
The credit for EVERYTHING that is the Creation of God is going to a man!!
The curse has been grabbed a hold of (that so many believe and trust man over God) and the end result is that He will bring their fears upon them…
And it is quite ironic… Deuteronomy 32: 37 “And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted, 38* Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.” Ironic, no? because in essence, the Church and its followers are worshiping THEIR own image! AGAIN… proverbs 2:1-7
