Hi Michael, šŸ‘‹

Yea, Right, Like they would allow us on the Internet! The last time I went outside they stripped my cubical and found my computer. It took me over 6 years to build this one. It looks like a Mechanic’s lantern but the TV screen may give it away! I have to tap out the words in morse code! Took over 3 hours to type this reply. Then Bruno wants me to write him E-mails because he is loney!

Hey, Bruno, Get a hobby! A potato chip is in the mail! šŸ‘ Hey, Great Idea! ** [SIGN]Everyone mail Bruno one potato chip! [/SIGN] **

**who never eat his chips in bed - never knows how crums might prickle šŸ‘

but in fact, over here they called me ā€œBruno the bearā€.
A year ago a bear walked around in the woods between Austria, Swizzerland and Germany and the papers called him BRUNO. Bruno killed a lot of sheep and damaged bee-houses and killed dogs. Finally they shot him in Bavaria - very much to the rage of all Germany’s papers. When I arrived then at my clubs, theyd laugh; - oh, still here - haven’t you been shot?! 😃

From Wiki:
Bruin is another name for a brown bear (Ursus arctos), or for any bear, usually poetically or archaically.
The word entered the English language via William Caxton’s 1485 translation of a Dutch version of the legend of Reynard the Fox. Bruin is the bear, named for his color.
I wonder If Bruno is the modern term for Bruin? However, the photo of himself supplied by Mr. Schulz looks more like the extremely rare ā€œGray bearā€ rather than a brown bear?!?

Oh yeah - finally someone calls it out 😃
steam bath? Yeah that’s one of the saunas you find me in 4 times a week. Health reasons? No! Fun - mere fun only for it’s real hot :coolinoff: literally (on course literally only šŸ˜‰ ).

Yesterday there I had a good laugh together with the Afro-American pool supervisor Tyson. He told me "Sauna in the US is of very ill repute and even worse :bigyikes:

Here, all next doors families you meet there including our priest and lord major. And he told me; in the US people wear pants in there 😊

Today I’ll be there at 12 and I’ll give Tyson this link, so he see the truth of the word: Christians are mockingbirds and God likes it that way
because yes - believe in God is joyful :extrahappy:**

Yes Real, you called Bruno out. :yup:

Here in the States, Sauna’s are public places (unless you have one out-back). And as such, all those crazy laws apply, especially on ā€˜exposure’. So, swim-suits are standard, perhaps with a towel too.

Perhaps with more liberals in office, that will change… and be more like in Germany

Sorry Bruno, I ate all the chips in the pantry yesterday, before I knew you liked them. Next time I’m at the store, I’ll be sure to get you some too. šŸæ Popcorn is good too.

**Oh - I just HATE chips, because it makes my palate badly sore. My wife however loves them, but she keeps telling me, that’s the last package she has, as it makes fat. Well my wife is normal, whilst I am fat from eating too much.

Hi Bruno, šŸ‘‹

**Bubba is joyful in His belief in God! Read m****y Lenten Joke!

Every Lent, when they were forbidden from eating meat on Friday. The delicious aroma from bubba’s grilled venison steaks caused such a problem for the Catholic faithful that they finally talked to their parish priest.**

The Priest went and talked to Bubba, and suggested that he become a Catholic. After several classes and much study, Bubba started to attend Mass. The priest sprinkled holy water over Bubba and proclaimed 'You were born a Baptist, and raised a Baptist, but now you are a Catholic".

**All Bubba’s neighbors were greatly relieved there would be no more venison during lent! ***But the next year when the first Friday of lent arrived, the wonderful aroma of grilled venison filled the neighborhood.*
**
**The Priest was called immediately by the neighbors, and, he rushed into Bubba’s yard, clutching a Rosary and prepared to scold him. **

**He stopped and watched in amazement. ******There stood Bubba, clutching a small bottle of holy water which he carefully sprinkled over the grilling meat and chanting ā€œYou were born a deer, you were raised a deer, but now you are a catfishā€šŸ˜ƒ ******

Hi Seek, :wave" Shhhh, I will get us back on track! šŸ™‚
Hey ol’ man, (sorry - Young man - since you are 6 years younger than me) we aren’t back there yet on this track. But I will do the trick - but not before I mentioned, that the food in our sauna (I always have dinner there) at the time being, is dreadful - eeeagch.

Now let’s get back to normal.
Some of you, I send pics and the obituary notice, of that 19-year old who was killed by the tram, 31rst of Dec right in front of our house.
At the time, I send the parents of this boy a thankful letter, for their very Christian words in this newspaper-obituary notice. This is very important, to let the world see, how Christians handle hard strokes like this, when a child dies before you.

Now - it happened to us with our son Bjoern who was murdered, as well as to many I know. In the meantime we grew friendly with this family of that 19-year old deceased son and frequently see them in our or their house, and we do have the comfort of believe in God.

Often in Forums for bereaved I found, that people without believe in God, hardly will be comforted and they often never again laugh. Christians handle same thing entirely different. Of course its just as hard to us as it’s to atheists, but we are not alone. We know Jesus in who’s hemisphere our beloved now lives - very lively indeed. This way, we do have indirect contacts and we know, that we will see again.

This is the joy in Christianity, irreligious people lack and so slide into deepest agony for the rest of their life’s, whilst Christians eventually find their way back into full life and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, that will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)

Bruno,
We may not visit each other but even though we are an ocean apart, we visit each other in written form. As we both share that experience of loosing a child; and both have found ā€œTHE WAYā€ out of the agony it brings. :yup:

There are other (agony) experiences in life, but none quite as intense as that… it cuts to the soul. Then… why is it we continue to live life with a smile?

**Yes, indeed so. If only the world would believe that that’s how it is and how those who believe experience it! It’s also what besides Millions, the above mentioned friend Tyson said too. He lost his teenage son.

The lady who helps my wife in the household, lost her son by murder in the age of 16 in Poland. The murderer, also 16, was released off prison after 2 years, and she saw him every day. That’s why she moved to Karlsruhe. She too lives in solemn believe in God – and she as Tyson and Michael and I are able to find our way back into full life and the in Phil. 4:7 described Peace of God that not only really exists, but in actual fact is the one and only tangible comfort one can get.

Might be it would be of some help to other readers of alike fate, if you’d open an new thread for people who suffered the los of a beloved person - namely child; no matter how old that ā€œchildā€ was. To parents a child remains ā€œchildā€ even when he or she is 60 and the parent 90.

YOU should open such thread instead of me, for you know a catching caption better than my factory-britons-English.

Funnily enough, our themes where not considered ā€œhotā€ in the CAF-notifications we regularly get. Even though I always thought, ā€œourā€ threads where of high interest and helpful to anyone. Helpful to hold on and increase faith in God….**
