This is an uncomfortable question to ask…
Here’s some background. My husband has chronic back pain as well as severe anxiety. He takes a lot of medication that cause sexual side-effects (numbness of vital areas & lack of desire). Due to breast cancer, I have had 8 surgeries in 3 years that resulted in many completely numb areas (breasts & areas of my abdomen) as well as surgical menopause (no uterus, ovaries, or even cervix). I’ve also had 2 children vaginally.
Although my husband and I both enjoy our marital relations, his numbness causes him to get less enjoyment, which results in decreased desire (plus the decreased desire from the medications). In an effort to increase his sensation, I’ve been looking into getting Ben-wa balls or the duo-tone balls. While they can be used in addition to other things to stimulate the female, they can also be used in addition to kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Doing so could increase the friction during the marital act and increase his sensation. However, these balls aren’t used during intercourse, but instead at random times like exercise dumbbells. Would this be licit even if it does produce stimulation to the wearer?
