I don’t get EWTN, so I am watching CNN. They are showing, without commentary, Pope Benedict’s address to the Cardinals. They will cover the Pope throughout the day so I plan to check in.

We do not own a television and only have dial up. I tried watching it on EWTN, but it doesn’t do well with dial up. Woe is me - there are days I’d do almost anything for high speed - this was one of those days.

This is something that touched me deeply, and left a great impression on my heart.
His Holiness has given us the most beautiful example: that of humble obedience, and just as importantly, trust in Jesus Christ that He will not abandon His church.

Evidently, he does not subscribe to all of the crazy talk about papal prophecies going around, or he would not have set this wonderful example.

I do believe we have another great saint on our hands.
