OK…I wish our Bishop would advance the agenda of the Holy Father in Rome instead being so foolish that he instead unwittingly advances the agenda of heterodox weirdos in our diocese.

Except that, in the vernacular, a dupe who unwittingly advances the agenda of others even against his own interests is a tool.

The word really fits. Mahoney was tool who unwittingly advanced the agenda of homosexuals in his diocese. Or would you rather I said he wasn’t a tool, and was in fact advancing his own homosexual agenda?

I thought not.

If you ment tool as in being used by dthe devil to advance an agenda then ok but if you ment like callling him a fool then no good.

Wha? Demonically influenced is LESS of an insult in your mind than “foolish”?

What are you drinking?

Bad joke sorry my sense of humor is a bit dry. I was more saying that the bishop is probably a tool as in not doing his job.😃

It is silly how fast people object to any objection to how someone who has taken holy orders handles their mission. I know several priests whom I consider good friends and have dinner regularly with. None of them are perfect. they are very dedicated and do a great job but sometimes like myself do not think things all the way through.

Sorry to bring the devil into this I was just trying to show how tool can be interpreted.
