Angelos, maybe it is John the Baptizer in the water, but since he is wagging his finger, maybe it is the line where he says, ā€œwho warned you to flee from the wrath to comeā€? Iā€™m not sure either. If I am right, the person on the bank looking back is a pharisee or the like. The person has long tassels on what could be his prayer shawl. That sounds like maybe a bad pharisee.
 
The Correct answer is:

It IS John the Baptist, and that is the Jordan.

The event depicted is Matthew 3: 7-10.
7: But when John saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming for baptism, he said to them, ā€œYou brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
8: Bear fruit that befits repentance,
9: and do not presume to say to yourselves, `We have Abraham as our fatherā€™; for I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children to Abraham.
10: Even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.ā€

Is the second picture depicting the first prophetic vision Hezekiel lived through?

In the fire were what looked like four living beings. In their appearance they had human form, but each had four faces and four wings. Their legs were straight, but the soles of their feet were like calvesā€™ feet. They gleamed like polished bronze. They had human hands under their wings on their four sides. As for the faces and wings of the four of them, their wings touched each other; they did not turn as they moved, but went straight ahead.

1:19-21 When the living beings moved, the wheels beside them moved; when the living beings rose up from the ground, the wheels rose up too. Wherever the spirit would go, they would go,38 and the wheels would rise up beside them because the spirit of the living being was in the wheel. When the living beings moved, the wheels moved, and when they stopped moving, the wheels stopped. When they rose up from the ground, the wheels rose up from the ground; the wheels rose up beside them because the spirit of the living being was in the wheel.

A prutah, minted some hundred plus years ago but still legal tender, though of extremely little value (compare to the modern-day mite or penny). Great as donation money to the Temple.
