Since God is a mystery, none of us can fully comprehend faith matters, for instance the mystery of the Holy Trinity being not three gods, but One God. Same with the immaclate conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. If we have to fully understand it all to believe, well we’ll never do.
(But, faith precedes understanding, and it needs not be a full understanding, you understand!)
On the other hand, just because God is a mystery doesn’t mean that we have to follow blindly anything that seems to be God, for we know there are false gods…
In the One true God, love and truth go hand in hand, and so do justice (righteousness) and peace… all appearing on one great Sign, that is Jesus’ Cross!
