Are Biden and Pelosi who support abortion being legal going to attempt to receive the Eucharist and sacrledge it?

I wouldn’t paint so broad a brush. Martinez, after all, doesn’t appear to have dissented. Perfect? Of course not. But she doesn’t appear to have caused scandal among the nations…

Pope Francis has spoken out CLEARLY that pro abortion public figures including politicians, healthcare workers and government officials should NOT receive Communion.

It is DISGUSTING that two public figures who hold such heretical views are being sent to represent American Catholicism. Nancy Pelosi is a walking scandal.

I hope they do not present themselves for the Eucharist. It will be a moment of public disgrace for our beloved country. Why on earth were those two heretics selected?

It was Obama who selected Pelosi and Biden. I would have selected Paul Ryan and Jeff Fortenberry (okay, I am biased…he’s my US Rep, but he’s also a good Faithful Catholic with several daughters AND a great pro life advocate)

Oh I knew it was Obama behind this but it is still disgusting. As you said there are many faithful Catholics like Paul Ryan and your Rep. I am embarrassed the choice of Biden and Pelosi.

I totally agree with this. Makes me very angry. So many others he could have selected to go.

Maybe they will have a revelation. I sure hope so.

Joe Biden is the Vice President of the United States of America and as such is more than appropriate to represent the US in this diplomatic event. Nancy Pelosi is House Democratic Leader. These folks have leadership roles in our government. Of course they would be chosen to attend. It’s ludicrious to entertain the idea that he would send Paul Ryan over Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi. I understand you guys like Ryan, but he doesn’t outrank them. :rolleyes:
