a skeptic is in no position to lecture christians about what is or is not moral. since you doubt the existence of an external moral authority, you have no reference point for making distinctions between the moral and the immoral.i think morality is an integral part to human society. but you cannot call “moral” something that causes more harm than good. and prohibiting artificial contraception in this day & age is more harm than good.
we’re making a moral argument that contraception brings more harm than good to families. you (and the article’s authors) are making a utilitarian argument, because as atheists/agnostics you have no other recourse.
