Ecclesia Dei extends the punishment to “formal adherence” a sspx priest certain meets these requirements, especially if they were ordained by schismatics. You’re playing semantic games. Lay people who attend Mass at an SSPX chapel are not excommunicate nor are the priests who say those Masses.
How was this out of context? I fully cited the source off the sspx webpage.Great. Why don’t you quote Pastor Aeternus too? That’s always a favorite out-of-context quote machine for the SSPX haters.
Sure, its pretty safe to say there isnt a ratio of 260,000 people PER priest. The sspx Headquarters webpage says there are 463 sspx priests world-wide, if each sspx priest is serving 250 people per Sunday that means there are 116k sspx members world-wide, if each sspx priest is serving 1000 members per Sunday that means there are 463k members world wide.Oh, okay. As long as it was educated.
I consider this an educated guess, if you disagree show me where I went wrong.
Im just trying to figure out where the 120,000,000 number came from and who exactly it is in reference to. I got the impression you were saying there were 120M sspx members…was I wrong? If so, how many sspx members are there world wide in your opinion? Now, how am I supposed to know? Do you know how long it would take to call a quarter billion people? And the cost! Even on nights and weekends! :nope:
