This sounds rather ugly. Is there some kind of problem, occurances, or accusation behind this?

Where did you get your information on Baton Rouge? I know boys in Baton Rouge who attend Legionary schools.

No one is judging his soul. We should evaluate his words and actions. Are you intending to say we should abandon reason?

Even if a priest has been found to have molested children? Even if bishops have been found to have covered up the molestation of children? Even if they are treading on the rights of the faithful as recorded in the Code of Canon Law? Do you mean we shouldn’t judge as in we shouldn’t condemn or judge as in we should remain silent? Should the children who suffered at the hands of some of these men remained silent? If we hear them teach heresy, should we remain silent?
 
These old posts on the “persecuted Legionaries” are interesting to read.

Regarding Bishop Flynn: even the blind squirrel finds the acorn once in a while.
 
Flynn has since been retired and a new AB who is very faithful to the magisterium and takes the Catechism seriously is now in place.

There were many instances of open apostasy that overlooked under Flynn’s tenure sad to say.
