I doubt this would mean much to most readers on this site. I’m Australian, but I live in Queensland. To be honest I wasn’t even aware Mr. Pyne existed until you posted this article. I know there are politicians in Adelaide, but that’s about it. I’d be hard pressed to even name the premier, as South Australian politics has very little impact on me.
The last SA politician I can think of who had a wide public perception outside his state was Don Dunstan, and that was a **long **time ago.
