I’m glad you liked him though, I’ve heard that he doesn’t tolerate liturgical abuse…is that true?..there’s lots of that in this diocese!

He’s my new bishop too!!! I really like him. I have to agree with you, Angel Gabriel, we definitely need a fix on that. I heard that he’s really into making our Catholic schools more Catholic too, which is the main reason that I’m homeschooled. Can’t wait to see what he brings!!!

I go to the Cathedral. I love it. It’s sooooo pretty. But Bishop has only said mass there like three time and that was during holy week. I have kept an eye on his public schedule. Hopefully he’ll visit QOA soon! His homilies are knockout!!
Hehe. I’m excited. Have you met the Friars he brought to town? They live at the old Saint Andrew’s church on New Haven Ave. They are a lot of fun. Here’s their site link.

They are really striving to evangelize to the poor part of southeast Ft Wayne. I can’t wait to see the progress that they make!!!

They live at St. Andrew’s?! really? wow, i used to go there before it was closed (i’m still very bitter about that!). My mom was the organist there. I miss it.
I will check that out though

Oh yes, he was great. Everything you need in a good bishop. And he was constantly out to improve Catholic schools, JTheresa. Very youth oriented as well! I pray he will work as many of God’s miracles there as he has here:thumbsup:…gosh, we’ll miss him.
