The bishop of the Rapid City Catholic Diocese has sued a Maryland woman for negligence because of a car crash.
The lawsuit, filed Thursday, said a car driven by Smith rear-ended a taxi that Cupich was in on Dec. 2, 2002, after the bishop had arrived on a flight from Rapid City to National Airport in Washington, D.C. He was en route to a meeting of the U.S. Catholic Conference of Bishops.
Cupich said he was permanently injured. His lawsuit requests a jury trial and asks for damages but does not specify a dollar amount.

Donate it somewhere?
Pay medical fees?
Pay for his ‘permanent disability?’

Turn the other cheek, yes. But one should hold their own responsibilities as well. As in, if you hit a car, you’ll be facing liabilities and the such
