Black Lives Matter fundraising handled by group with convicted terrorist on its board

| June 25, 2020

The co-founder of Black Lives Matter names a convicted cop killer as one of her heroes, and the BLM national organization is fiscally sponsored through a leftist group whose board of directors includes a convicted terrorist.

Alicia Garza, one of three co-founders of the Black Lives Matter national organization, has repeatedly talked about how convicted cop killer and wanted domestic terrorist Joanne Chesimard, also known as Assata Shakur, is one of her main inspirations. Susan Rosenberg, a member of the board of directors for the left-wing Thousand Currents group, which handles the intake of donations made to Black Lives Matter, is a **convicted terrorist who, among other things, was suspected of helping Shakur escape from prison.

Rosenberg, who was listed as the vice chairwoman of the board of directors for Thousand Currents until the webpage was pulled down this week, as first reported by the Capital Research Center, had been a member of the radical leftist revolutionary militant group known as the May 19th Communist Organization, affiliated with the Weather Underground terrorist group and other radicals. She was convicted on weapons and explosives charges and sentenced to 58 years in prison, serving 16 years before being pardoned by President Bill Clinton in January 2001.

Maybe this gal has changed and truly remorseful for her actions. Has she been in any legal troubles since her pardon? Has she done things beneficial for society since her pardon.

I am not asking if you agree with what line of work, or who she represents, just if she seems to have changed.

I don’t believe this for a second.

Well you should, because it’s a fact and everybody already knows it.

I am surprised that government didn’t took the actions against the BLM movement yet (similar as to recognising the antifa as terrorist movement). It is painstakingly obvious that it is communist conquest machinery to undermine American society.

Patrisse Cullors is a Co-founder of BLM. Under the about section, co-founders tab you will find her picture and bio. She literally admitted in that interview that her and, essentially 2/3 of BLM are trained marxists. Here’s a source for Patrisse Cullors, co-founder of BLM, stating they are trained marxists. it’s literally undeniable that those words came from her mouth.
That is a fact too.

Black Lives Matter are a terrorist group, so this is not surprising.
Whatever they may be, in the current environment they are also politically untouchable, exempted from wearing masks, exempted from rules about large gatherings, exempted from laws for the protection of property, powerful enough that our feckless politicians quake at the thought of incurring their wrath on social media.

Black Lives Matter states on its own website that its goal is to “disrupt” the nuclear family, and to defund the police.

“We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable,” the organization writes as part of its mission statement.

“I don’t know how many people really look into the mission statement of Black Lives Matter, but I did,” Wiley said. “Children from single parent homes vs. two parent homes. The children from the single parent homes…five times more likely to commit suicide, six times more likely to be in poverty, nine times more likely to drop out of high school, 10 times more likely to abuse chemical substances, 14 times more likely to commit rape, 20 times more likely to end up in prison, and 32 times more likely to run away from home.”

I’m asking specifically about the Black Lives Matter organisation.

As for you original point. Having a convicted terrorist should denigrate the organisation (not necessarily the sentiment that black lives matter) just as an organisation who had a white supremacist on its board would be denigrated.

See, BLM is able to do this, the general idea, “Black Lives Matter”, that’s easy to support.

Now, the movement.

Mostly minority businesses burnt down, there have been people killed. Obviously one does not support this.

Imagine Charlottesville, there, a woman was killed, some individual in his car who probably is a white supremacist. So, one could say White Supremacists killed her.

So, in my view, if people get killed, assaulted, their businesses burned down, the BLM movement in a sense did do this.

So, in this, we are dealing with a bit of a murky gray line.

But I would not hesitate to point out, without the Black Lives Matter protests, these people may not have been killed, their businesses not burnt down.

This is what I’ve heard as well, they have a dangerous agenda, the organization. So, we are making distinctions.
Is this a means to denigrate the movement itself?
It’s news. I wish to be informed.

You’re still being a bit vague. Black Lives Matter call themselves an organised ‘movement’.

My question is do you support this movement, whose home page is here https://blacklivesmatter.com/?

Simple yes or no answer.

I support the fact that all lives matter, including black lives.

I think BLM as a collective has devolved into a terrorist organization that is doing way more harm than good and whose leaders intended to bring about extreme social upheaval and possibly foment revolution. Considering that BLM has incited violence since its beginning, it could be said they’ve always been a terrorist group…

Their leader is an avowed Marxist (which is utterly bizarre considering Marx’s views on black people), their movement is extremely far-left and supports all kinds of moral evils. They operate using the same principles as a cult (there are really creepy videos of them performing very culty affirmations…), and pretty much everywhere they go violence follows. Their call to defund the police has also led to massive spikes in violent crime in Minneapolis, Chicago, and New York. (Probably elsewhere, but those are three I’ve seen that are really bad)

This does not surprise me in the least. They act like a terrorist organization, so it’s no surprise their leaders have terrorists for role models.

Or someone who hired a white supremacist to work for them? Such as, say, Stephen Miller?
Now don’t you go talking bad about that nice young man who single handedly stopped immigration reform at the start of Trump’s term when both parties were on board with it.

You realize, that many folks don’t even know who Miller is and that he pulls Trumps strings to get him to change directions.

If you have dirt on Stephen Miller post it.

Racial epithets?

Something to read?

I’ve read what he has said and unless I missed something, I would call this an uncharitable characterization, uncalled for and really, It’s probably much, much worse.

And certainly doesn’t compare to being a convicted terrorist in bombing.

So, I totally dismiss this on Miller.

Read the “Camp of Saints”? Etc. etc. This is mild stuff. I just read a Daily Beast article. There’s not much meat against Miller. No one has to link to these stories, I read them, not much there.

Daily Beast, Media Matters, etc. want to cast stones just because someone’s a patriot.

Pretty weak.

Even the Bishops in the past have written about a country having the rights to keep its national character per immigration.
