I’m afraid of Beets, Hominy, and Peas. They terrify me.
You’re making me hungry.😋

One thing that terrifies me and will until I have my throat surgery, is food of any kind. I need to eat. But I’m always afraid of it coming back up. It’s really becoming a phobia and I pray I can have my surgery so I can enjoy eating again.
This can be a very real fear when you’re dealing with a problem like this–being afraid of choking when you’re eating.

When the Bell’s Palsy that I’ve been dealing with, was at its worst, I had to be careful about chewing and swallowing because that part of your face is affected. Sometimes when I’m tired or stressed, it can still be affected, too.

Some of these physical problems that can affect the body can be quite scary.

God bless you, Lily. 🕊️

I know that this has been a real trial for you, and I hope that you can have this surgery soon, so that you can put all of this behind you. ❤️

Mama thinks if I tell him about how often it has become, that he’ll be agreeable to doing the surgery sooner than later. I think he’ll want to do it as quickly as possible after he’s given me the test results whether I tell him or not.

Thankfully, the noodles I had last night stayed down. I think a lot of my throat issues, if not all of them, will disappear once I’ve had the surgery. I’m not afraid of the surgery. I’m afraid of what will happen if I don’t have it.

I understand.

You have the concern and the worry of it just becoming worse.

I had an elderly friend whose esophagus would stricture/start to close, and she would have to go into the hospital to have it stretched periodically. She wouldn’t even be able to drink water. I used to feel so bad for her. ☹️ ❤️

Yep. That’s me. I go in once a year to have mine done. The last time, it was 9 months between procedures. The surgery won’t stop me having to have this done. But it will hopefully, stop the rest of the issues.

Getting lost in my car scares me. I’m afraid I’m going to miss an exit or turn, and the GPS in my car is no help. It also lies. I know because it gives wrong directions when i know where im going in my town or familar neighborhood.🙃

You should get a smaller car. I bet you would be terrified in a limo and frozen in panic in a school bus

(and if you know where you are going, why are you using the GPS?? hmmmm, most perplexing, engimaticaly parodoxical, I must say)

Bongo drums scare me a little, some times more. If I just watched a movie about head hunters, quite a bit.

Having bad dreams of family members dying scares me ,hard to put out of your mind .

I have a tiny car. Very tiny. I don’t mind driving I enjoy it.

I am terrifed of getting lost. I use gps even when driving local if there is a detour. It’s a me thing.

It doesnt help that my gps says things like “turn right now and continue left.”
