I know I’m supposed to do a “profound bow” before receiving the Body, but what about the Blood?
Also, what exactly is a profound bow?

A profound bow is a bow from the waist as opposed to a nod of the head.I know I’m supposed to do a “profound bow” before receiving the Body, but what about the Blood?

I was just having a similar conversation on another thread about bowing during the Creed. The question I was addressing there was the fact that in the Creed the profound bow is required; but not at the receiving of the Eucharist…A profound bow is not required before receiving the Eucharist. A bow of the head is all that is necessary. I would guess that one should bow before receiving either.
