If I lived in that part of the world, then yes they would be considered an enemy. Not to say that we would not love thy enemy. Here in the States it is different Muslims do not go around preaching the hate towards others. It might be because they now we will not tolerate this kind of behavior here. I would say that most Christians do not teach hate to their kids, but rather explain the differences between Muslims here in the States and the Muslims back in the Middle East. It seems that you want to instigate that we would be teaching this kind of behavior to our children, because we LOVE our children that is what we are going to teach them about all ethnic/religious races.

This worn out argument is tiresome. One constantly hears from Muslims, defending the violence preached and promoted in Islam today. They say “But look at the past of Christianity!”. “This very same thing was taught during the Inquisition!”.

How about, instead, we focus on what hate is currently being promoted by the Islamic leaders and teachers in the world today. How about addressing the fact that a 2 year old girl is being programmed to think Jews are to be loathed and will incur the wrath of Allah in a special way.

This is the foundation for the actions of those who flew into the Twin Towers. They were taught to hate, probably at a young age at the knees of their family and teachers. This sort of hatred is rampant in the Mid-East.

From these mustard seeds of hatred sown in the minds and hearts of innocent, gullable children, grows terrorism, destruction, and death to unbelievers.

Radical Islamists have made it possible for Islam to “speak for itself”. When thousands of people are killed in the name of Allah, not just children learn something rather dramatic about Islam.

Perhaps Islam should do more to eliminate such violent expressions of faith from their adherents. I submit it would be more productive that criticizing the rest of us for objecting to the murder of innocent people.

Every one demonizes everyone, dont make it seem like the Christians are the sole proprietors of this. Jews, Christians and Muslims all demonize each other in one way or the other, that is the problem. You make it seem as if Christians are the ones at fault. Christian groups tend to not discuss other denominations or other religions until Middle School or High School when the children are old enough to some sort of exposure to a World Religion type course. Catholic CCD courses for youngsters don’t discuss other religions much.

The fact that a 2 year old has been indoctrinated against Jews like this is totally appalling. It explains a lot. I have read that this type of thing is very common in Middle Eastern schools.

I respect all living beings because all are children of God. That doesn’t mean I approve of or agree with everything that everyone does.

And you may be right that there are those in positions of authority who preach peace, justice and are more concerned with spirituality than politics, you’re obviously in a better position than I am to be familiar with such persons.

But there are also many very well known Imams both here and abroad that preach hate and violence. This has been documented for a very long time. And there is a whole cohort of Imams of this sort in charge of the entire country of Iran. What mechanism does Islam have for removing such persons from positions of authority so that their perverse views do not poison the faithful? Because their message is reaching millions of people.

As for the child in this video, among other things, this is an example of child abuse. How unfortunate for her that her parents are so consumed with hate that they would see fit to abuse their innocent child in this way. I cannot understand why they don’t love the child enough to protect her from this sort of poison, instead of feeding it to her.

Honestly, i have a 2 year old niece, and she is pretty smart, she knows about Jesus. She doesnt understand what Jesus did for us and why. For a child of this age to know answers like this, it would be ingrained into her. I would like to know how the parents got her to remember all this. I bet she has been put through rigorous learning techniques to ensure she remembers the answers. But i bet she doesnt even know what the answers really mean.
Its appalling making a child of this age remember things, let them play and be free, they can be educated later on, she is only a baby still!

Yes, we are to love our neighbors, our enemies, etc. No, we are not to turn a blind eye to a child being indoctrinated in hate and racism.

That poor little kid is being taught anti-semitism. Her father (or whoever he is) is drilling her…and the tone of voice he uses is nasty…to be able to answer all these questions, and some of the answers involve hate.

There’s nothing wrong with teaching your kids their faith, but this seems more than a bit extreme for the age group.

I don’t have to talk about the Jews because they don’t kill in the name of God. The Jews have done nothing wrong. Our NT comes from the OT. I have great respect for Jews and no respect for Islam.
And as for your statement on Jews being greedy, perhaps they are just smart and intelligent enough to want to go out and make money and be successful. Not like some country in the Middle East that has nothing else to do but kill Americans and other innocent people in the name of Allah or satan whichever you want to name it.

Well it is a Catholic forum? and we are going to defend our selves. I agree that is a lot of stereotyping here, but most I would say is correct, nobody like their truths! I am glad you stand up for anybody being slandered, but pointing the finger is no different:shrug: Again back to this video, it is laying the foundation for hate. This child knows nothing theologically speaking of what is being taught to her.
