I agree.They say, “Africa” but then only mention places in East and Southeast Africa (and one of those crisis is entirely government manufactured).

Africa has poor waterway/river systems, unlike other continents.It seems Africa is always facing drought and the people are in dire need. I don’t know if it is necessarily from climate change. Can’t they construct buildings around their country to store food and water to help out in times like this. How many people have starved to death in Africa the last 50 years because of drought or war? I would like the money to go for storage and disbursement of food so they are prepared.
Africa is also a large continent with a lot of people so there is almost always going to be a drought of some level going on somwhereAfrica has poor waterway/river systems, unlike other continents.
