Beyond the causes of the situation, look to the cause of it being resolved.
The one single testimony of a christian woman as to the value of not only the lives of those he took but also his life was what kept this killing spree to only four people. I have never felt such a connection with someone on the news on a strictly Christrian level.
She is absolutely right. Human life has intrinsic value, even the lives of those guilty of tremendouse sin. She reflected the truths of our church better than any so far that I have seen on this thread.
Maybe the death penalty feeds sin more than we realize…
