I’ve followed the links and learned that Parliament has dropped the portion of the law that the Pope found objectionable. But, I can’t find what this portion was. Can anyone help?
 
I also don’t really know what the portion is but the Bishops said that this portion might force them to ordain women as priests.

So even in the UK there are rebellious Bidens and Pelosis.
