Same at our house! I own both on dvd now. When I tell my husband to “mind the bicycle,” he knows to respond “minding the bicycle!” And I also like Last of the Summer Wine.

Too many to choose from although the modern ones are awful.

Goodnight Sweetheart is great, I love time travel.

I love the idea of Goodnight Sweetheart, and think it would make a really good movie, but Nicholas lyndhurst looks toooo much like ‘Rodney’ for me to enjoy his role!

Mrs Brown’s Boys is another Irish sitcom which we have over here. Youtube “Mrs Brown’s Boys and the Mormons” and one where Mrs Brown talks to God.

Yup. I like ‘Mighty Boosh’ as well (the lead actors have appeared in ‘IT Crowd’)

I did like The Goodies back in the day, though some of it is a bit dated. And they did the voices for a funny cartoon called ‘Bananaman’
 
Does anyone besides me remember a program called “Mulberry Days?” It was only one season most likely, but still well done, I thought.

As Time Goes By and Keeping Up Appearances are my all time favorites. Judi Dench (Jean)and Geoffrey Palmer (Lionel) were an excellent pairing. Same goes for Patricia Routledge (Hyacinth) and Clive Swift (Richard).
