CM, thank you. Please let Brother know I will increase my prayers for him and also keep the patients in the hospital with him who have no one in my prayers.

Prayers for Br JR and all those in the hospital who never receive visitors or even emails. I became very aware of this when my dad was at Veterans Adm Hospital. It is sad, as you say.
 
May God bless you brother. I offered my Mass for you and for all priests and religious today. May you grow in holiness.

Thanks to all who prayed for me. I felt it. I was not scared at all.

I had the surgical procedure today. Like the doctor said, it was quick. I don’t think it lasted 10 minutes. In a nutshell, they burned off a piece of my lung using lasers and cameras. I didn’t need the piece anyway. I’m not in pain, just very tired. I think it may be the medication that they give you to anesthetize. I just want to sleep…
