Hello Everyone:

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May our Lord and His mother bless you and your families.

I’m sorry that I have not been around much. I’ve been really pushing myself a little harder than I should this Christmas. I wanted to keep up with everything and everyone around me, to the point that I’m exhausted.

My health is stable, not much news to add there. Our life at the community has become more interesting. Check the link to my blog below. Suddenly, everything decides to break at the same time. What’s funny about it is that December is always a very expensive month, because I like to buy little gifts for the brothers and my family. Most people are broke and hoping that nothing major breaks down, like a car or something.

I did get a chance to fly to VA to see my daughter graduate from medical school the week before Christmas. It was a horrible time to travel, because everyone was on the road and in the air. I went by plane, of course. Navigating airports in a wheelchair with an oxygen tank attached to you during the holiday rush is quite interested to say the least. Even the healthy brother who took me to the airport was rattled by the number of travelers and the amount of security that you have to pass.

This coming Saturday, the student brothers are returning from their Christmas break. It will be good to have them around again. As much as I complain about them being noisy and staying up late. Life is pretty boring when there are just us old guys around. LOL

Oh well, can’t think of anything else to add, but please check out the blog. We really need your help.
