***Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley or tears. Turn then most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb Jesus. O Clement, O Loving, O Sweet Virgin Mary.
V. Pray for us O Holy Mother of God,
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, you are the mighty physician. Lay Your hands upon Holly and keep her in You O Lord. We ask this in Your name Jesus Christ. Amen.

Blessed Margaret of Costello, pray for us…

  • Dear Family,
I thank you all for your prayerful support of Holly.
    Love,

In my daily prayers, whether able to post or not …

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive
those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women,and
blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us now, and
at the hour of our death.
Amen

Glory be to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, as is and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell,
lead all souls to heaven, especially, those in most need of Your Mercy.
Amen

Remember, O Most Gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to Thy protection,
implored Thy help or sought Thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
I fly unto Thee, O Virgin of Virgins, my Mother;
to Thee do I come, before thee I kneel, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in Thy clemency, hear and answer me.
Amen.

Novena Prayer to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

O Most Blessed Mother, heart of love, heart of mercy, ever listening, caring, consoling, hear our prayer. As your children, we implore your intercession with Jesus your Son. Receive with understanding and compassion the petitions we place before you today, especially …(Holly).

We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your gentle care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. Help all of us, Holy Mother, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever.

Amen. :highprayer::signofcross:

Thank you all so much for your prayers. Here is an update on me:

I went to the doctor’s office yesterday and my feet were still swollen even after being on a diuretic for a week. Well, my doctor decided that she wanted me to have some blood tests run to see if I am suffering from congestive heart failure or kidney problems. If it is congestive heart failure, I will have to be put on medicine. If it is kidney problems, I will have to see a kidney specialist and probably be put on medicine. I am praying that it is neither and I would ask you all to pray for the same. I have a separate thread dedicated to this intention.

On Monday, I will go to get the blood tests run, see my gynecologist, and see my therapist. On Tuesday, I will see my podiatrist (foot doctor). Then, on August 4, I will see a rheumatologist and may get diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or possibly fibromyalgia or maybe even something different. Please keep these items in your prayers as well.

A couple of weeks ago, I had to go to the emergency room due to suicidal thoughts. I have not had suicidal thoughts except for very temporary and fleeting ones since then. I am doing much better as far as my depression goes now than what I was doing. The thing that is bothering me the most when it comes to my mental health is my anxiety. I have been having a lot of paranoia and anxiety problems. I also have a separate thread on that.

Anyway, I am going to ask a moderator to merge all of my separate prayer request threads related to my health in to this one. I don’t know if they will do it or not but I hope they will. I think it would be best to keep all of my health related concerns and other personal concerns in one place.

I had another computer scare this past week. My computer would sometimes shut down by itself. Well, I called the tech support technicians for my computer and they walked me through some diagnosis tests for the hardware and for spyware. Nothing bad was found. I have not had any more problems since then. Please also keep this in your prayer intentions for me.

Anyway, I hate to ask for so much prayer but I feel like I do need it. Without your prayers, I don’t know what I would do. I’d probably go crazy. But thanks to the prayers of everyone, I am actually mostly sane. Sometimes I feel like I am going insane but thankfully I have not done so.

I have had a few psychotic episdoes in the past month but they have not been severe enough for me to be hospitalized. They have mostly been related to paranoia but that suicidal episode I guess you could say I was psychotic then too. I do have major depression with psychotic features that occur occasionally. That sucks but I see at as my cross for this life until God chooses to heal me. I know He will heal me but I don’t know if that will happen in this life or in the next. If I make it to Heaven, I am certain He will heal me.

As far as my scrupulosity goes, I have been somewhat scrupulous lately. I hate being scrupulous but thankfully, the scrupulosity has not been as severe as it sometimes is lately.

Anyway, thanks for the prayers everyone! They are greatly appreciated! 👍

Thanks Maggie.

Anyway, just an update for you all. Ever since finding out about my possible diagnosis, I have been really paranoid and anxious lately. I couldn’t even stop the nervous twitches while at Mass earlier today. Please pray for me.

Hey everyone. Thanks for the prayers. We just had some severe storms move through our area which knocked the power out for about an hour and a half but the power is finally back on now. We are still under a severe thunderstorm watch until 10 PM though. Please keep us in your prayers.

Hi! Holly, I pray for God’s protection be upon you & in your area. I also pray that your health will improve & you be totally healed!
God bless you!

Just an update for you all. I am feeling really poor today. My anxiety is beginning to act up again, I think I might be getting a cold or a sinus infection, my feet hurt, and I am having abdominal cramps. Please pray for me.

Just an update for you all:

I am really nervous. I don’t get my blood test results back until tomorrow at the earliest for my congestive heart failure and kidney problems tests. I can’t stop with these nervous twitches. It really sucks. I am trying to trust in Jesus but I guess I am having a hard time with that. 😦 Please keep me and especially my mental state right now in your prayers.

Holly, you remain in daily prayer - before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament when possible. Amen.
