Since New Mexico is next door to Texas, it’s gotta be Dubya’s fault.
 
these things happen a lot. even with humans. babies with six digits on hands and feet, etc . uaually corrected by surgery.

Yeah, we’ve got a 5-legged calf running around a farm somewhere here in Cullman county; it was pictured in the local paper a few weeks back. And there was a program (Medical Incredibles, I think) recently about people with extra appendages growing where they shouldn’t be. It’s not all that uncommon.

If I remember right, Anne Boleyn (sp?), the object of Henery the Eighth’s lust, had six fingers/toes on each hand/foot.
