that’s what S Michael did! in Jude 9 But when the archangel Michael contended with the devil and disputed about the body of Moses, he did not dare to bring a condemnation of slander against him, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”I see. What if I just be on guard and foil satan’s plan while letting God just do whatever He wants to him? Sounds like a good plan? This way we wont harbour hatred towards anybody, even satan.
yes we have to forgive our enemies(so called enemies, because they are temporarily in the grip and influence of the evil one, but by God’s mercy, he or she can get the necessary repentance,at any time if it’s the will of God and the appointed time ) Jesus taught us from the cross how to forgive in Luke 23:34 Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.other wise even God will not forgive us as said in ”Matthew 6:15 15 but if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.Remember when Job forgave his friends God blessed him Job twice as much as in Job 42:10 And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he had prayed for his friends; and the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.Jesus is teaching us whom to love, Love with discernment John 15:12 “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.As you know, we as catholics should forgive our enemies. Hear we are not judging but have to discern, who is our real enemies, who hate God and hate us Revelation 12:12 Rejoice then, you heavens and those who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, for the devil has come down to you with great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!”Acts 13:10 and said, “You son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, full of all deceit and villainy, will you not stop making crooked the straight paths of the Lord?1 Peter 5: 8 Discipline yourselves, keep alert.Like a roaring lion your adversary the devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour.Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against enemies of blood and flesh, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly placesBut what if your enemy is Satan?
