Anyway, back to the OP.If a man in the seminary has not completed full seminarian ordination, can he be the pastor of a church?
That would depend of the denomination or church. I knew a guy in a Baptist church who was in seminary while pastoring a small rural church. He was licensed, but the church wanted him to be ordained. Sometimes things happen in reverse order.
Now, they do require Bible college training at a college they would affiliate with. For example, an IFB church would probably not want a preacher from Oral Roberts University.
