Can priests be women?

That is a good point, but I would like to know what the real correlation is since I also hear that mass attendance has significantly dropped. One could just as well suggest the possibility that this is because we don’t have female leaders…

Notice the equivocation. “We don’t have female leaders” is somehow supposed to be equal to “Women ought to be ordained as priests.” Neither statement is true, and the latter directly contradicts Church dogma.

Oh and one more thing , Junia was not an Apostle, but she was noted by them. Read Rom 16:7

I didn’t say that, but there are few real leadership positions below the level of “priest”.

Oh really - and who are the leaders? The magesterium is the ultimate group of leaders and I haven’t noticed any women in there. “Dogma” ??? I don’t think so…

The Pope said it was part of the deposit of faith. Women may not be ordained priests.
 
If women leaders is the issue, the Church could always have female Cardinals.

No, the magesterium is not the Ultimate leader. God is. He left is with certain Divine Relevation (Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition)

The magesterium has no power to contradict it. They can only proclaim what God has declared.
