Can time have no beginning but still be created?

Okay I guess this is something many seem to be saying. The reason I ask is from comic book showings :D:p it seems time has two different axis. There is the axis of time within the universe, and another axis of time (if it can be described as such) outside of the universe.

The external axis of time I describe as how the entirety of the universe in its timeline will change and evolve. For example, there is universe x with certain events happening in 1, 2, 3 sequence .

However the universe evolves where it has changed, no longer having the sequence of 1, 2, 3 but instead 1a, 2a, 3a.

An example is this is in the DC universe with the universe as it is (superheroes, villains, etc.), but from the consequences of the Flash’s actions, this universe no longer exists, and evolves into a new universe that is slightly different from the previous universe (now it is the New 52 universe).

So there was a Pre-New 52 universe, and due to some kind of change, there is now a Post-New 52 universe. And this isn’t a change in the universe from Time X and then on. Even in the Pre-New 52 universe, there was a future with future characters existing within the scope of the Pre-New 52 universe (although they no longer exist in the Post-New 52 universe).

So basically, I asked myself if we extended the past and present into eternity (so the universe always was at least from the perspective within the universe) but that the universe itself exists and changes along from the external point of view, so that God still was the first mover of creating the universe based on the external axis of change… is this philosophically possible. (and again I repeat, that the external axis of time is not actually “time” as God is outside of time, but I will call it as such as it is beyond comprehension and description).

I know, it’s really silly from a silly premise of comic book universe, but it made me wonder if it is still possible from a philosophical point of view.

And thanks for the responses everyone!
